Booking Information and cancelation policy

For the best on‑water experience, our charters are designed for small groups of up to 4 guests — with all pricing covering the entire group

All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking

❌ Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days’ notice: Full refund
• 3–6 days’ notice: $400 cancellation fee
• 2 days or less / no-show:  No refund

If we cancel due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

🌦 Weather Conditions

• Rain will not cancel trips.
• If conditions are unsafe for fishing (e.g., high swell or strong winds), the captain will decide the day before whether to cancel.
• In case of cancellation, you may reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit if rescheduling is not possible.

🎣 Fishing Rules & Equipment

• Catch limit: As per NSW Fishing License guidelines.
• Gear provided: Rods, reels, and lures supplied.
• Policy: “Pay as you lose or damage” applies to equipment.
• License included: Your NSW fishing license is covered for the day.

🥪 What to Bring

• Food and drinks (everything else is provided).
